The Moonveil Diadem

The Moonveil Diadem is worn by the presiding voice of the Moonbough Court during sanctuary judgements and border crises. Its pale stones show only as much light as the moment deserves, or so the elders say. The diadem is beautiful in the way moonlight on a blade is beautiful: guidance and warning at once. It has passed through generations of hands that chose who might know a path and who must be denied. Its burden is Lysvar's central burden, made visible: reveal enough to guide, not enough to endanger.
